All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our products and mission-driven initiatives, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@dadbuilt.co with clear photos of the issue. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not collect or prepay customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. The customer is fully responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, it will not be eligible for refund.
